Lead Architect (Architecture)

Key Responsibilities:
End responsibility for architecture deliverables: You will serve as the final authority and accountable party for all architecture-related deliverables. Ensure the highest standards in architectural design and execution throughout the project lifecycle.
Day-to-day oversight of architects: Throughout the project, you will manage and supervise the day-to-day activities of the architectural team. Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to encourage and maintain a collaborative and high-performing architectural team.
Integration of architectural work: You will be tasked with ensuring a cohesive final product by synthesizing and integrating the individual contributions of all architects.
You will collaborate with other team members to align architectural elements with project goals and objectives.
Hands-on involvement in architecture Tasks: Undertake architecture tasks that may not align with specific architects or require additional expertise. You will lead by example, showcasing a commitment to excellence in the architectural aspects of our project.
Communication with Project Manager: Maintain a close and transparent connection with the Project Manager regarding the design process and provide regular updates on project milestones, challenges, and timely solutions.
Communication with other departments: Organize meetings with the Engineering Department and Biotechnical Department. You will coordinate this together with the Project Manager and Lead Engineer.
Leadership of weekly architecture Meetings: Organize and lead the weekly Architecture Department meetings to facilitate communication and collaboration among the architects.
Use these meetings as a platform to discuss progress, address challenges, and strategize for optimal project outcomes.
