Lead Engineer (Engineering)

Key Responsibilities:
End Responsibility for Engineering Deliverables: With your project management skills and a comprehensive understanding of the engineering process from conception to completion, you will assume the final responsibility and accountability for all engineering-related deliverables. Uphold high standards of engineering throughout the project lifecycle.
Day-to-Day Oversight of Engineers: Throughout the project, you will manage and supervise the day-to-day activities of the engineering team. Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to encourage and maintain a collaborative and high-performing engineering team.
Integration of Engineering Work: You will be tasked with ensuring a cohesive final product by synthesizing and integrating the individual contributions of specific engineers. You will collaborate with other team members to align engineering elements with project goals and objectives.
Hands-on Involvement in Engineering Tasks: Undertake engineering tasks that may not align with specific engineers or require additional expertise. You will lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in the engineering aspects of our project.
Communication with the Project Manager: Maintain a close and transparent connection with the Project Manager regarding the engineering progress and deliverables. Provide regular updates on project milestones, challenges, and opportunities for optimization.
Leadership of Weekly Engineers Meeting: Organize and lead the weekly Engineers Meeting to facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members. Utilize these meetings to discuss project progress, address challenges, and strategize for optimal engineering outcomes.
