Key Responsibilities:
Exposure and Public Image: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the team's exposure, maintain a great public image, and employ your written and verbal communication skills. Monitor online presence and proactively address any potential issues.
Design Expertise: Flexibility, adaptability, and creativity for designing materials and content for the team. Create promotional material, such as visually appealing flyers, folders, and posters. Design team shirts and merchandise that align with the team's brand identity. Proficiency in relevant software, such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and video editing software is valued.
Social Media Management: Take ownership of updating and maintaining the team's social media accounts. Create engaging content to promote team initiatives and achievements.
Website Maintenance: Ensure that the team's website is consistently up to date with the latest information and achievements. Collaborate with team members to showcase projects, events, and relevant content.
Professional Development: Attend training provided by the Dream Hall to enhance skills in public relations coordination. Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in the field of public relations.
